I have been wanting to send this note of gratitude for some time!! I am so appreciative for the supervision! I really appreciate your support, guidance, and encouragement at a very unsteady time. It took some time but I am slowly regaining my balance and getting some clarity about how to move forward professionally and most importantly, personally. You are a wonderful supervisor. I will hopefully see you around.

Okay Laurel, here's what I want to tell you...
You helped guide me in the direction that I called for. You've helped me have more compassion for myself. Also, you guided me to listen to my body and my intuition. Our work as also helped me to uncover past trauma that I wasn't consciously aware of. EMDR and coaching have been equally helpful. EMDR helped take the edge off of the past and current trauma. Coaching helped with accessing big life transition. I can't believe it's been 3 years we've worked together. See you on Skype!
